The free transportation is made by buses which look like city buses. The bus stop at the Futuroscope will be 1ERE AVENUE (in front of the Hotels Plaza/Clarion and Quality/Comfort Alteora). The bus stop at the Conference site/Campus will be RABELAIS. The bus stop at the train station is GARE SNCF (in front of the train station).

On Sunday, June 25

• 5 double buses starting at 7:15 a.m.: from the Futuroscope to the Campus
• 5 double buses starting at 6:15 p.m.: from the Campus to the Futuroscope
• 1 bus starting at 6:45 p.m.: from the Campus to the Futuroscope
• 1 bus starting at 7:30 a.m.: from the City Hall (bus stop Lebascles) to the Campus
• 1 bus starting at 11:30 a.m: from the Train station to the Futuroscope and then to the Campus
• 1 bus starting at 2:00 p.m.: from the Train station to the Futuroscope and then to the Campus
• 1 bus starting at 5:00 p.m.: from the Train station to the Futuroscope

From Monday, June 26 to Wednesday, June 28

• 5 double buses starting at 7:30 a.m.: from the Futuroscope to the Campus
• 5 doubles buses starting at 6:15 p.m.: from the Campus to the Futuroscope
• 1 bus starting at 6:45 p.m.: from the Campus to the Futuroscope

On Monday, June 26, there will be an additional bus for participants coming back from the banquet:

1 bus starting at 12:00 p.m. (midnight): from the Futuroscope to the City Hall and then to the Campus (bus stop Cité U.)

These schedule concern the free transportation. If you want to travel at different time, use the City Bus in Poitiers.

There will 2 rooms of free internet access (Windows), open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Sunday to Wednesday. The rooms are PC2/034 and PC3/030 in the basement of the building of Physique (see the map Campus Nord).

• Please leave the door of these computer rooms open.
• Please do not turn off the computer nor leave the Windows sessions when you are finished with the computer. In case the computer is turned off, then turn it on (button in the front) and choose the Session "INVITE" (no password needed).
• Downloading not allowed
• No Smoking, drinking or eating allowed in the computer room

There will also be WIFI access, in the building of Droit and Sciences Eco (Hall and main amphitheater). The building of physique is not covered, but the building I-media and the Hall of the ESIP nearby are covered. Consult the buildings that are covered by WIFI.
For technical reasons, participants< interested by this possibility should ask for an identification ticket at the reception of the conference, on arrival.

A walking distance from the conference site, near the bus stop "STADE" (2, av. Lafayette, west from the conference site), you can find

  • the Casino caféréria (self-service restaurant)
  • The Restaurant Bowling
  • a bar
  • several snack-bars
• 2 snack bars/fast-food restaurants : Mac Donald's, Quick

5 mn walk north from the conference site, there is the Commercial Center "Les Templiers" (place des Templiers in Beaulieu), where you can find

• a small supermarket
• a bar
• a boulangerie

The banquet will take in the Plaza (Clarion) Hotel on Monday (June 26) evening.
